If you are on the channels and even on the bot channel you can see he made an announcement that the bot will be fixed and he will sort the pending DMs meaning he will fix the deposits. I'm waiting for that to happen it hasn't even been a week since all this happened! And i never said I wouldn't refund people that made deposit and didn't receive. Worst case I got everyone covered! like you said I put my name on it and as a reliable and trusted provider I am that's what we're going to do!

Now if you not even affected by it there is 0 reasons for you be commenting on my thing spreading hate and trying to harm my reputation over something that i am giving my fully attention to and working to fix!

I do actually use the bot or did at least. You forwarded a post that he is back, he also said 24-48 hours and it was 72, then we have not heard anything yet. This morning the bots were banned and there is a post saying that you heard from him... It doesn't provide much context or explanation or give any sort of time frames. You can not be annoyed at people that spent money with you wondering where it went or what updates there are.. you made 2 posts in the week this has happened. One not to deposit and the other that he got in contact, other than that nothing? Oh and you have changed this post name. If he disappears it is only you left to answer the questions hence why people are messaging you about it.

Your reputation is why people deposit it is also why you have not been banned off all platforms in the last week because of this situation, you didn't announce anywhere but in a reply here that you would be compensating people if he ran off nor did you give a timeframe for that. You must take some accountability in situations like this or at least be more forward about it. Sure it is not your fault that he ran off but if he did / has then you must be proactive about correcting the issues.

Finally I am aware that he sent another message last night but again he is useless at replying and useless at updating, maybe you should find a replacement or have some sort of escrow before he gets his funds to avoid an exit. He is also apparently the owner of Prepaid Giftcard exchange and there is some proof behind that which also exited.
I reply to all my DMs daily I never miss or ignore anyone and as you can see I'm here explaining everything that's going on right now. The bot owner fixed the bot yesterday and deposits were credited to everyone but someone mass reported it and the bot got banned. We're now waiting for the developer to set it up again and everyone's balance will be auto credited to the new bot.
The owner is back and working hard to fix everything. He had a car accident and was in the hospital and while he was gone the bot started having issues with deposits and the checker function.

I’ll never rip anyone off I have zero reason to do that. I always stick to my word and even if he hadn’t come back I would’ve covered everyone myself. I know that once I put my name on something it becomes my responsibility too and I had real faith the owner would return and fix the project. Just like I thought he did fix everything and now it’s all running smooth with all deposits sorted.
I get that you guys were frustrated but if something like this ever happens again just leave it to me to handle. There’s no need to spread hate or try to damage my reputation. Thanks to everyone for the trust.
