8) I do not provide technical support such as converting the videos to any other file formats nor adjusting the resolution etc. 
I highly recommend you to use certain tools to do that yourself.
The pictures , videos are all taken by mobile. Not a old school camera or a Canon Camera etc. 
It is your responsibility to adjust the output yourself to fit your device..


9) I do not gurantee you will be successful with my packs.I never stated my packs were unsaturated or saturated in anyway.By purchasing you agreed on the success rate of these pack. You will not complain nor sales trash since there is no gurantee of success or saturation or unsaturation.
