Anybody here tried to sell a commercial building after fire damage? My family owns a small strip mall in Connecticut, and we had a fire in one of the units last year. We patched it up, but now we’re wondering how to get the value back up—whether to renovate, bring in new tenants, or just sell as-is. What’s worked for you all?
