How to Easily Open Password-Protected PST File?

I recently found an old PST file from my previous Outlook backup, but it is password-protected, and I can not remember the password anymore. I need to access some important emails inside it, but Outlook keeps asking for the password and does not open it. Is there any easy and safe method to open a password-protected PST file without losing data? Preferably a free tool or a reliable solution that works on Windows.
