Step 1: Place your order that you wish to refund. When it arrives start the return process through the website and collect the return label to do weighted FTID (let your boxer know the weight that the label shows).
Step 2: Use a boxer/boxing service to FTID your return label. @PMAJORONE
Step 3: Wait at least 1 week before contacting Adidas or Nike support team, saying in your own words, that you have returned your order but haven't received your money back yet.
Step 4: At this point, they can take up to an extra 1-2 weeks to finalize their investigation and issue you with a full refund.
