This suggestion is not for the moment, more like a future thing.
So plain and simple:
It is about a monthly event where some of staff members or other members are invited to a podcast similar stream (twitch, etc)
It will be for like an hour of Q&A and other evens in the stream. Where users learn things about staff, forum or other registered users, future ideas and other things.
Ofcourse who is on the stream/twitch/discord(depends where will be done) will win some things like awards, credits or other things.
PROS: The community will remain together for more time and will grow faster, users will enjoy the chance to learn and get awards.
CONS *For the moment : This is a future suggetion.
The idea can be modified if other users have something to add to it.
