Create a new page in your Systeme.io account:

Log in to your Systeme.io account and go to the "Pages" section. Click the "Create Page" button and choose "Form".
Design the form: In the form editor, add fields for the visitor's name and email address.
You can also add a message or a description to explain the purpose of the form.
Connect the form to your email list: In the "Form Settings" section,
select the email list you want to use to store the collected emails.
If you don't have an email list yet, you can create one by clicking the "Add List" button.
Create an automatic email: Go to the "Emails" section and click the "Create Email" button. Choose "Automatic"
as the type of email and select the email list you created earlier.
In the email editor, write the content of the ebook you want to send to the visitors and include a download link for the ebook.
Test the form and email: Fill out the form and submit it to make sure everything is working correctly. Check your email list to see if the visitor's email was added and verify that the automatic email was sent to the visitor with the ebook.
Publish the form: Go back to the form editor and click the "Publish" button. You can then share the form link on your Instagram bio, or anywhere else, to promote it to your audience.
Monetize the collected emails:
Once you have a list of email addresses,
you can send affiliate offers or other promotional content to the visitors who have submitted their email.
If I were you I'd choose something from clickbank/digistore24 and promote it using the email list.
