This updated guide is same as previous one, but I've changed one part - they are not sending stuff anymore, but requesting return! You can perform FTID or LIT (FTID i better, but LIT works in some cases). Also, one more change is that now they in some cases (depends on your country) ask for an invoice. Previously you were able to submit the ticket without it, but now they request it almost always! Also, Amazon, BestBuy, etc. invoices will be checked by them and you will be denied for replacement, so make sure to use a High Quality service - here I recommend my store, you will see more info below.

This guide works for both, LAPTOPS & MONITORS. Basically, you could get every Asus product, ROG & TUF Laptops, monitors, etc. Asus was actually never popular in SE world, however, they only required HIGH QUALITY SERIAL NUMBER that was not ever used and was not shown in eBay or local marketplaces. Sometimes they also asked for an invoice, so make sure you prepare those before contacting them.  Even drop address was not required because they never rebill. This  guide I am currently writing works worldwide.

In this guide, I will teach you how to perform the method in easiest way and make money from it.

I'll explain the guide with a ROG monitor (XG27AQM-G) worth 1,000€ that is available in my store.

1. Firstly, after you chose a product you want to SE, you need a Serial Number. In my case I'll use XG27AQM-G monitor. If you want a unique Serial Number that is not shared or posted online, you could purchase it in my store: https://debugger.bgng.io/ (CLICK HERE FOR THREAD LINK)
Remember, unlike other companies like Logitech, Asus, just like Lenovo really requires a serial number that is not saturated, shared online on marketplaces, so purchasing is the best option. Also, SN has to have a warranty which you automatically receive by purchasing off Debugger's Hub store.

2. You need a high quality invoice. Again, I would recommend you to buy it off my store: https://debugger.bgng.io/ so you will receive a private one, custom hand-made invoice. Invoice is one more important part, just like Serial Number.


3. After getting SN and invoice, you have to reach https://rog.asus.com/support/ (or TUF support page) and select your product:


4. Now, find your model and click on "Warranty":


5. At bottom click on "Email us" as shown in picture: 


6. Now, some details will have to be provided. Type in your personal details as shown:


7. Scroll down and explain a problem. Write similar to mine, but NOT THE SAME!



8. Now, click on submit.

9. Waiting time. They'll either email your or call if you provided a phone number. Remember, phone number is always better option since you and supporter build trust by talking thru phone.

10. After you receive a contact, they will ask you to confirm your shipping address. They almost never ask for pictures. Also, you will have to agree that after receiving new monitor, you'll have to send them back "broken one". Just agree.

11. They will approve you a replacement and REQUEST A RETURN THIS TIME! In order to get this done, you have to perform FTID. They will send you a prepaid label which you have to edit or pay someone to edit it and send it out! After you done that, make sure to wait and keep no contact until it is delivered. After a couple of days, 2-3, contact them saying you've seen it's delivered, but did not get any information about package. They will start investigation, but actually do nothing. In some cases they might deny that they received product, so here is your part to constantly call them and force a replacement! At the end, they will send it out!
