We’re looking for a **Marketing/SEO Specialist** to lead paid and organic campaigns, drive traffic, and convert users at scale.

### **Your Mission:**
 
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns (Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ads)
* Improve conversion rates and ROI for paid ads (especially Meta)
* Create, schedule, and manage **daily social media posts + short-form videos**
* Experiment with creative angles, audience targeting, and platform positioning
* Report weekly on results, ad spend, and growth
* (Optional) Manage “silent” marketing on Reddit and forums — organic mentions and soft promotion.

### **Requirements:**
 
* Proven experience in **social media marketing, ad management, and content growth**
* Strong understanding of **Reddit, TikTok, and Meta ad ecosystems**
* Portfolio or past campaigns showing conversions / ROI
* English fluency and ability to create engaging ad copy
* Availability to communicate daily and provide progress updates
