Before few years when PUBG was popular, I was playing with friends at steam acc lvl 303, got 600+ games and 1.3k hours in PUBG. I got hacked by Russian hacker who was advertising his cheats to all my friends, even my auth got removed. I recovered acc with support, but after 2 weeks or so I got VAC bans on CSGO and PUBG. Tried so many times to contact support regarding this, but every time they just said anticheat banned account and they are not able to do anything about it.
