Method 1:
1. Choose your store, works pretty much with all countries
2. Make your order, make sure you order a few expensive items and a few lower cost items such as socks, pants etc
3. When the item arrives you are only going to say that you only get a few of the cheaper items and that the expensive items, however many you ordered were missing
4. They will either offer replacement or refund for the order, take the refund and run
5. This method is basically fail proof, the retailers will never be able to prove they sent you everything as they are shipped from huge warehouses
6. Resell the clothes or where them, your choice, idc
Method 2 Vape:
Step 1:
Go to a local physical VAPE store and buy the mod you want. Ask them to gift wrap it if possible (say it's a birthday gift to your insanely addicted vape friend)
Step 2:
Go home and unpack the mod without damaging the box.
Step 3:
Make pictures of:
- the physical receipt
- the mod itself on your table (for best results, if you own an existing mod, put your tank with visible fluid on it for the pic)
- the SN numbers
Step 4: (IMPORTANT part)
- make a video about how it won't turn on. Simply hold the mod and act as like you are pressing the on button but don't actually apply pressure, try also different button combinations like you are a retard with a keyboard
- make sure to also show how you put batteries inside the mod in the video
- Advanced: if you need to be prepared for every scenario film how you put the charger in the outlet and then how you insert the cord into the vape to show it's not even loading (have a friend pull it out of the outlet (out of focus))
Step 5:
Return to the store and say your friend's mom already bought it for him and you need to return it. Make sure box and everything included is there, also DON'T SCRATCH the silver scratch boxes. (some boxes have those)
Get your money back. To make the store emplyee feel better, buy a god damn bottle of e-liquid at least so you don't seem like a sketchy refunder.
Step 6:
Wait.. this is the hard part of this SE. Depending on your physical store policy, wait as long as you need. At my store the warranty is 3 months, after this you need to contact the manufacturer in case of issues.
Step 7:
Ok you waited as long as needed, now it's time to SE.
1. contact the manufacturer and act like a normal human, not some VAPE-GURU
2. don't throw everything at them at once (I mean all pics/videos/info)
3. send them an email say you got this mod and it suddenly stopped working, you tried different batteries blablabla but won't turn on, send only a copy of your receipt + picture of mod on the table
4. they will come back at you with some standardized questions like: can you provide proof of purchase with visible DATE on the receipt, pictures of video of the problem
5. if they ask for SN + pictures of scratch code, say to them you threw away the box not knowing it was important. Say you have the SN written down because the Instore employee told you this is important when you bought it. then send the SN in text
Step 8:
Wait again, they will take a couple of days to review your case. In my situation 2/2 times approved, and they sent a replacement.
They never call up stores outside of their own country to verify everything. The replacement comes from Asia, usually China... It can take a while.
Method 3:
Websites where you can refund:

All websites listed are easy to refund with this method.
Recommended:
- pay with paypal for highest success rate
- do it once every 6 months to avoid police investigations
- use residential proxies when ordering if you refunded in the past (big amounts)
Method with PayPal:
1) Purchase normally with PayPal
2) Wait for delivery
3) Check website's terms of service (if they are responsible for lost packages or not)
4) Open a claim saying you want to return the product
5) After you started the claim, please tell them you already tried to contact the company but
everyone is ignoring you
6) Escalate the claim directly to PayPal
7) They will offer labels to ship the items back to them
8) Go ahead and edit the labels to FTID. If they are not responsible for lost packages go ahead
and use FTID v4 or v5, if they are, go ahead and use FTID v6.
9) After you FTID them, wait for FTIDs to be delivered. After 2-3 days, contact PayPal regarding
the shipments that arrived to their warehouse.
10) They will issue refund instantly when they see the message
11) Success
Method without PayPal (30 days process)
1) Purchase with card
2) Wait for delivery
3) Start a return
4) Do FTID v6 (LIT - Lost In Transit)
5) Wait at least 20 days, but don't forget to check the tracking link if it says "Delivery lost in
transit" / "Package lost in transit"
6) If it says that, you are good to go, just wait the 20 days after you see that it says that
7) Contact them via phone (spoof customer's phone number if you are refunding for a
customer), if you are refunding for yourself, call from your personal phone number.
8) Tell them what is going on with your return
9) They will check the tracking link
10) Will tell you they will investigate some days
11) Refund issued after investigation is ended (don't forget to act frustrated due to watch
getting shipped to their warehouse 3 weeks ago and they still didn't refunded)
12) Success
Zalando Refund Method:
This is a working method to refund ANY item from Zalando with an 80% success rate (this number is subject
to change but we'll get into that later), being able to keep BOTH the items AND the money.
The steps are:
1) You place a legit order of MAXIMUM 6-7 items for a total of MAXIMUM 250-300€. When you place the
order, you need to make sure to UNCHECK the option where it says 'Zalando allows the shipping to be split
into partial lots', otherwise you'll get more than one package in different days.
2) Wait few days and when you receive the package you can start the refund process by contacting the
Zalando support PREFERABLY via phone (if you're confident) or otherwise via email. The chance of success
via phone is higher (~80%) while via email is lower (~70%).
3) If the refund was successful, you get your money back within few days on the same payment method
you used to buy the items.
Now, there are 3 methods that you could use:
- The partial refund method (SAFEST):
This method is the safest because Zalando can't investigate on what actually happened. Basically, after you
received the package, you call/email the support and say that some items are missing from the package. If
you purchased 6 items, you can say that 3 are in the package while 3 are not. If you purchased 7 items, you
can say that 4 are in the package while 3 are not. This method works best even though you will eventually
need to pay for the items that you say are in the package, so to make it profitable you want to add 3-4
CHEAP items (below 50€) and 4-3 EXPENSIVE items (above 50€). This way you will only be able to pay for
the cheap items and get the expensive items refunded.
- The empty package method
This method is less safe than the previous one but it allows you to refund ALL the items that you purchased.
When you call/email the support you simply have to say that the package was empty and no items were
inside it. They will most likely ask you if the package had some signs of opening (like if the courier opened it
and took the items from the inside), and you can choose to say yes or no depending on how confident you
- The DNA ("Did Not Arrive") method (RISKIEST)
This method is the riskiest one and the result is pretty much the same as the ‘empty package’ method, so
you may always want to use that one first. Basically, you call/email the support 1 or 2 days after the
package arrived saying that it didn’t arrive and that you’re still waiting for it to come. This is dangerous
because Zalando keeps track of the packages and they know exactly when they leave the workshop and
when they get delivered. If you use this method, make sure none is signing the package for you and that
you actually sign it yourself with a fake sign the same moment it gets delivered.
TIPS:
1) NEVER go over the 300€ limit because Zalando may actually investigate further with the courier and they
might make you file a police report and something like that.
2) NEVER go over the 6-7 items limit because, even if you untick the box to make sure Zalando doesn’t split
the items into different packages, they will probably split the shipping anyway if the number of items (or
their size) is too high and then you will have 2 packages delivered but you could only refund one of them*.
3) If you choose to call them, sound convincing but don’t sound too pissed that your package didn’t arrive.
Make it believable, eventually the confidence and the experience will come with time after few refunds.
4) NEVER refund more than one order on the same account, and always try to use fresh accounts (accounts
with no previous orders) to do the refunds. If you’ve already refunded one order, it will look like a weird
coincidence for Zalando that every package they send you has ‘issues’ (comes empty, doesn’t arrive at all or
has missing items).
5) Don’t spam refunds at your own address because it will only make Zalando investigate after a while. Try
to use different addresses like your parents’ or friends’ houses.
* = Keep in mind that you could try to refund both packages at the same time but it will be hardly
believable for Zalando that BOTH packages came empty or that they don’t have the right number of items.
Don’t push your limits and when you speak to the support you want to make the story as much believable
as you can.
If you follow all the previous steps correctly, after contacting the support they will send you an email saying
that they are processing the refund and you will get your money back within few days. Sometimes before
sending the money back to the payment method you used to place the order, they will ask you to read and
fill a legal form where you have to confirm that the package had problems (came empty, didn’t arrive at all
or has missing items, based on the method you used). After you filled it, you’re good to go and will only
have to wait for few days until the money comes back.
- It can fail -
If something goes wrong during the process and Zalando doesn’t want to allow your refund request,
sometimes it’s better to step back without pushing too far. For example: if you say that the package didn’t
arrive and Zalando wants to investigate with the courier before sending you the money back, that means
that the refund is most likely going to fail and the best thing you can do is contact them again and say that
your neighbor took the package without telling you and that you found it (just be creative with the excuses
you choose to make). At this point they will close your refund request but you can always send back the
items the normal way if you don’t want to keep for them.
