This method was just a concept a week ago but my friend did it and he's up to his 3rd Ring off 1 order
It's likely possible to do it through guest checkout but having an account is always better
1.Go to https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articl...Contact-Us
2.Click Track My Order
3.Click Contact Support
4.Click Chat Now
5.Put your email into the email box and click the Billing, Orders, & Shipping
6.Once you're connected with a support person simply just claim that the package never arrived at your house
7. Talk about how you waited a couple of hours to make sure it wasn't just late and that you actually didn't receive it
8.Once they process it they should offer to send you a replacement they do not refund people for missing orders
9.Repeat steps 1-->8 2-3 times (you can do it more but it gets riskier after 3)
10(optional).If you want to get a refund just return the latest ring that they sent you
