The Idea: Find local businesses with terrible online listings, create a simple "fix-it" report for them, and sell it for easy cash.
Why It's Easy: You're not doing any real work. You're just pointing out obvious mistakes that business owners are too busy to see themselves. All the information is public and free to find.

Why It's Easy: You're not doing any real work. You're just pointing out obvious mistakes that business owners are too busy to see themselves. All the information is public and free to find.
Steps:
- Pick A Local Service: Choose a boring but profitable service like plumbing, roofing, or landscaping. These businesses rely on local customers.
- Find The Ugly Listings: Open Google Maps and search for "plumber in [your city]." Scroll through the results and look for businesses with bad photos, no description, an old website link, or a bunch of negative reviews with no replies. Screenshot their terrible listing.
- Create A "Business Health" Report: Put 5-10 of these screenshots into a simple one-page PDF. Write a short, professional note under each one pointing out the problem. Title it something like "Quick Google Maps Analysis For [City] Plumbers."
- Email And Cash In: Find the business owner's email and send them the report. The message is simple: "Hi [Name], I did a quick search for local plumbers and noticed your online presence could use some help. I've attached a free report showing a few easy fixes. I offer a service to handle this for a one-time fee of $150. Let me know if you're interested."
