The Idea: You're going to sell a "service" that requires zero actual work. You'll be selling a simple digital file that you can generate in seconds, but frame it as a valuable, time-saving service.
Why It's Easy: You're not delivering a tangible service. You're delivering a file. The "work" is in the clever marketing, not the fulfillment.
Steps:
Why It's Easy: You're not delivering a tangible service. You're delivering a file. The "work" is in the clever marketing, not the fulfillment.
Steps:
- Find A Simple, Repetitive Task: Think of something people do online that is easy to automate. Examples include: "I will create a custom QR code for your business," "I will generate 100 random names for your fantasy story," or "I will create a list of 50 social media post ideas."
- Create The "Product": Use a free online tool to create the item. For a QR code, go to a free QR code generator. For a list of names, use an AI. For social media ideas, ask an AI for a list of prompts. This takes you less than 60 seconds.
- Create A High-Value Gig On Fiverr: Go to Fiverr and create a gig. Don't just say "I will generate a QR code." Frame it as a professional service. Title it: "I will create a custom, high-resolution QR code for your business or event." In the description, talk about the benefits: "Drive traffic to your website," "Make it easy for customers to contact you," etc.
- Price It For A Quick Sale: Offer a basic package for $5-$10. This is an impulse buy for most people. When someone orders, you just use the free tool again, generate their specific file, and deliver it. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes.
