The Premise:
This isn't about going to Walmart. This is about online retail arbitrage—buying deeply discounted items from online clearance sections and flipping them on Amazon or eBay for a huge profit.
How It Works:
  1. Identify "Source" Stores: You need online retailers that constantly have clearance sections. Good targets in the EU: Argos (UK), Tesco Direct, MediaMarkt's online outlet, and any major department store's online "Sale" section.
  2. The Hunt: Use a price-tracking tool like Keepa or CamelCamelCamel. Set up alerts for specific categories (e.g., "Toys," "Electronics," "Home Goods"). You're looking for items that are 70-90% off their original retail price.
  3. The "Flip" Check: Before you buy, immediately search for the exact same item on Amazon and eBay. Look at the "Sold" listings, not the active ones. You need to see a clear profit margin after fees. A good rule of thumb: if you can buy it for €10 and it's selling for €25-€30 used, it's a winner.
  4. The Purchase & List: Buy the discounted item. When it arrives, take professional-looking photos of it (use your phone with good lighting). List it on Amazon as "Used - Like New" or on eBay as a "Buy It Now" auction.
  5. The Fulfillment: When it sells, pack it up and ship it. Use a service like Parcel2Go to get the cheapest shipping rates.
The Angle:
You're a professional reseller. You're providing a service by finding deals and making products available to people who can't find them in stores. You're exploiting the inefficiency of online inventory management. A single good find (e.g., a Lego set on clearance for €20 that sells for €60) can net you €30+ in profit. Find 2-3 of these a day, and you're making €100/day.
