The setup is pretty simple.
Just download a NitroSniper and set it up. Should be pretty simple

After that you set up the alts, and your main account you proberly have to verify the accounts after time.
I use random sms sites but after time the number get removed from your account so you have to either check the forum to buy a number or do something else.

Join alot of servers, check social medias for discord servers and your sniper go brbrb 

Another method could be catfishing
Act like your a girl, join dating servers get  a ewhore pack from the ewhore section and try to se them or in other words convince them to get you nitro cause you dont have money and you send them nudes for example for the nitro : )


Also currently theres when you use discord at your browser, you get a popup in the settings -> nitro
And theres a popup saying "download the app to redeem nitro" or something like
