These are emails, usernames, and passwords, to The UPS Store accounts (franchise). These accounts were decrypted and use to be the original passwords / usernames / emails for there personal logins. They most likely do not work for USPS/UPS (you might find some logins just by doing permutations, and adjusting to match newer password requirements.), otherwise you might find still working logins for various sites they might be registered to.
i.e:
Staples
OfficeMax/Office Depot
Amazon Business
Printing Sites
and so forth, just to give you an idea.
