• Select “In our stores”
• Select “The beverage I ordered at a store”
• In the message, say that you go to Starbucks almost every day and really enjoy the service and experience. Mention that you and 2 co-workers went for your daily coffee but the drink tasted awful / off / cold. Say you didn’t want to complain to the barista because you go there daily and didn’t want to leave a bad impression. Add that it ruined the start of your day.
• Fill out the rest of the form with legitimate-looking information (use a real nearby Starbucks address, etc.)
