here is a guide on how to get some hq vpn but this does also give you access to some other perks but id rather not use it because this only lasts 1 to 1.5 months before they close the account.
this is my own ive been using it for every month to get my own dedicated vpn ip, but pls dont abuse, proton is a the goat. you do need a vcc that works but you can get fully working one with crypto no id etc.

Put in random first name, last name, in buinsess email u need to put in a new email so [email protected] fill the x with whatever, this is important! Company name whatever, industry nonprofit, company size put the least amount.
Then click Worskapce premium when it tells you to choose a plan. Scroll put any pass, users you can do upto 10 but just keep it low like 1-2 and then enable dedicated VPN servers to max 1 this allows your own very private vpn ip address (you need to set this up later)
put in your vcc here. i use swype.cards vcc's you can buy them from places like coingate or any other site. i do not endorse them alot of vcc companies are known to dip later so keep that in mind but i have been using them for over 1.5 years+.
