Note : create a new account with fake ID for each order. You can keep the same address but it's better for a good success rate to give a different address like a post office or a friend/family member
1. chose a pair of sneakers on nike.com
2. pay with your CC or paypal
3. wait for your order to be delivered
4. go to nike.com
5. select your order
6. open the chat and say you want a refund about this order
Now there is 2 options:
option 1 : you did not have to provide a signature :
1. say you did not received the order while the tracker is saying it has been well delivered
2. they will ask you if your neighbors/family received it and just say you are home alone and you can't ask your neighbors because they are on vacations
3. they will ask you phone number, order number etc... Just give them and they will ask you if you would rather get a refund or a replacement
4. chose what you want and profit from your free sneakers :)
option 2 : you had to provide a signature :
1. say you did have well received your order but the package was empty AND support the fact that the package wasn't opened before and everything was intact from the outside and that you think the issue DOESN'T come from the carrier
2. they will ask you basics questions, just support the fact that the package was INTACT and you are good
3. they will also ask you a proof, it means a photo of the empty box (just put your shoes away from the box and take a photo of the empty box (with the protective paper inside))
4. they will ask you phone number, order number etc... Just give them and they will ask you if you would rather get a refund or a replacement
