Before we get started, be aware that your Server / RDP might be termed quicker than 1 month if the service we use, detect that you use illegal stuff on this Server. With that in mind, do not judge me if this do happen. The issue will be on your side. In this Thread i explain everything Newbie friendly. Long story short, lets start!!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Gologin Browser or an Browser you never used before so you have a clean Digital Fingerprint.
- A Clean IP with a low Fraud-Score (Do not use VPNs or Datacenter Proxies. Use Residential Proxies and connect to them using Foxyproxy browser extension. check your Fraud-Score of your Proxy before using this Method. You can check it with different sites. Personally i use [/url]ipqualityscore.com[b].
If the Fraud-Score is low, start using the Method below. If not use another Proxy.)[/b]

Here, a random residential proxy of mine that we use to create a legit not flagged account:

- An VCC that is not known as VCC for this it is great to use an Service, that allows you to block payments and freeze the cards. I use the icard app for this. Do not use the card on any other account or the card will be blocked and every account you create with an blocked card becomes termed even if you have a unique trustful IP, clean User-Agent and all in all just a good Browser Setup. In the icard app you always can get new cards for just $1.

- A Brain is required.


ULTRA HIGH QUALITY METHOD:
After you completed all steps, you can choose an UHQ Server / RDP for free!!!
Time for the shitty annoying part, if you mess this up repeatedly, it means you suck:

Visit this site and create an Amazon AWS Account:

Do NOT use an Temp-Mail / Catchall. You should create an new outlook / Hotmail account and use this cause we do not want our account termed after registration.

They will send a code to your email address, if you wait more than 15min, then your IP address is flagged or suspicious.

Enter an Password, that meat all requirements. There are free password Generator Websites out there. You need to remember or save your Password for later use.

Now, google the following "{US REGION} Hotel/Appartments" then pick a random one, preferably a massive skyscraper.

To be able to copy paste faster use Ctrl + C for Copy and Ctrl + V for Paste.

Copy the Address and insert it in the corresponding Field on AWS

Make sure to memorize the fake name you use, this name should be a realistic name in the region.
You can use any fake name generator website. There are bunch of them out there. Just take a look around.

If you are on the step, where you need to enter your VCC, you need to use the name that you used before. It  doesn't matter if it doesn't match your VCC details.

Use any Trash Phone-Number. I use this site to get cheap Numbers.

Now, if everything worked like it should, you see an orange button with the Text "Complete Signup" Click it!
Amazon have sent you random mails. look for a mail with the Text "Your AWS Account is Ready - Get Started Now" it might take a while for the mail to appear in your inbox. after you notice, that you got the mail you can use Amazon AWS.

You should always keep in mind, that if you do something illegal like running Openbullet the Server can get termed and then the whole stuff was a time waste. If you used an VCC that you always can freeze, freeze it after amazon took 1$ and sent it back as confirmation. Amazon will term the free Server you got after a month if they can not take money out of the card what they can not do due you have frozen the card or there is not enough balance. so always backup files locally from your Server to avoid big losses.
