I want to note that this method does not work for expensive items as that requires a refunding method that I will not discuss in this thread, however, this is something that helped me back then buy items like a gaming desk, as well as a gaming chair for my set up ($120 and $85 respectively).
1. When ordering your item, you want to make sure that you order something that is SHIPPED AND SOLD by AMAZON.COM. This can SOMETIMES work with some items not shipped and sold by amazon but honestly just stick to amazon.com

2. Next, When the item arrives wait 2 days, on the 3rd day or after the second day reaches around 9pm local time, open up the chat support and with the chat bot say your item did not arrive. It will say if you asked your neighbors blah blah, say yes.
3.It will then say your refund is being processed and that it should be in your account in 3-5 days.
*Remember, this works for products not too expensive, I know you can do it with items over $100 but I'm not sure of what the limit with the chat bot is.*
PRO TIP, IF YOU WANT TO KEEP REFUNDING THIS WAY, MAKE 3-4 REAL PURCHASES AFTER YOUR CHAT REFUND FOR IT TO WORK AGAIN, OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT WORK.
