I didn't have a great experience with this seller. 

I made two orders with him, and unfortunately due to his workers falling out both didn't work out. It sucked because this was over the course of 5 months, with 5 different workers. 


I think I'm the exceptions, bc Sonic generally has really good reviews - it seems like I caught Sonic at a bad time. 


edit: I will say, after leaving this review sonic reached out to me and offered a great discount. He said that was having a lot of trouble with his workers and that this was unprecedented. He genuinely seems like he didn't intend for this, and will improve in the future.

We’re really sorry for what this customer has been through. He reached out during a time when we were transitioning from our old staff, who have since left. With everything going on, we didn’t get a chance to follow up with him like we should have.

Here we go again!
2nd vouch for my brother Sonic!

You can only imagine how busy and occupied someone like Sonic and his team are, yet I got almost instant replies every time I texted him about this & that of the then ongoing refund order.

It was handled like a pro, and even though it took some time and I didn't get my refund from Apple, he and his worker were able to place a 2nd replacement on the same order! I gave up hope and was a little bit frustrated in the middle of it but had high hopes and trust in Sonic and he came through with flying colours.

Cheers to his service, will place another order for another store and update how it goes here again.
