As soon as I saw support wasn’t replying, I posted a warning in the Prepaids chat telling everyone the service was on hold and not to send anything. I didn’t delete anything related to it. I just stopped promoting it and kept the group open so people could see the announcement and know what was happening.

you judging my 1 year hard work over 1 service that i was promoting and owner got sick and went hospital if you are on the channels you will see that he replied me and made a post about it so far it's just on hold! Another hater that doesn't even do work with me and don't know me. As i said to other guy i am able to cover any mess that happens!

What you need to do is refund people's money. If the service is reopened as you say, people will come and buy the service again, that's what a reliable person does.

Yeah what he said basically.. if the service is back ok then re open the chat, the bot and credit our deposit. If it is not open then make an announcement and allow people to get refunded? At the very least give some dates and if you can't then refund. Even if it is not your fault that is fine but you put your name on it.
