1. EB / DNA, usually if ur account is well aged with tons of orders most refunders will take this route.
Why you might ask its really fast method and usually with high sr. But could also lead to OFM bans.
2. This is the most used ones right now.
They claim DNA and later you will get the email about the investigation the packages delivery / weight, time, etc.
But underneath there should be a statement saying if u believe ur package was stolen you should file a police report (PR)
Usually the refunders have tons of PR template for each country and state. Edit and sends it in to amazon.
