the updater of it is Infected, why would it like to grab your IP? also it has an invalid Windows Signature which was done by sigthief(GitHub - secretsquirrel/SigThief: Stealing Signatures and Making One Invalid Signature at a Time)

Nice work...really not hard to tell if its infected or not. The source of where you got these files is a good start to knowing if its infected or not
