Additional Information: After I made it clear for him to cancel the order that I wanted to with him, randomly I got a message "let me know crypto for cancel fee", I was confused first but after figuring out he thinks I "leeched" his method, just because he said "Get labels for me". The whole situation was that I got the label lately also the drop address owner got so crazy about the whole stuff we agreed on keeping the ordered items and not doing the refund. But he kept saying I need to pay for his work that means just a sentence that he wrote me after it came to his mind that maybe thats not that a lot of work he started telling that I leached his method just because he said I need to get a label. So shortly, he wrote a message. I did the "work" getting a label, than he wants the money for the refund fee. I think thats a bullshit thing and now he started to blackmail me.

Hello, i would like to clarify everything here down below one by one.

1) We clearly state that customers are allowed to cancel the order with us only if we did not take absolutely ANY ACTION (me telling customer to do his part is considered an action, because it is a way to start an order and from there method can be leeched)

2) Customer was lying for weeks about not receiving labels from the company, and once i've checked with them after 2 weeks they said they've already sent that to his email. Clear pattern of a leecher.

3) me saying i will take "action" is not considered blackmailing, because i clearly stated i would never do any BAD action towards my dear customer <3

4) Customer also, ignored our pinned terms of service saying "he did not see it" considering i should care about him not reading it.

About the 1 and 2 point, I got the labels truly late. Because the company processed the return request pretty slowly, before the labels I stated that I want to cancel the order. And I think I have the right to say no if the "order" is not started yet. Getting a label is an obvious action to do in terms of refunding, also in my opinion the "work" about a refund is after the labels are ordered and start chatting with the company itself using a method to get a refund (its a bit different if an insider or other labelless method is used). Since that thing never started, I dont think I need to pay for just two labels but nothing at all after that.

1) the message that allows you to get to TOS channel is pinned, and you can get there with a simple click.
2) the customer has never informed us about cancelation of the order, trying to be honest, instead he lied until i found out that he leeched it (even though i've asked him about update on it 2 times in DM)
3) customer has never asked about potential risks or anything upfront, just forced us to start the order and "cancel" it secretly (aka leech it)

He asked me after the label was late what should we do, and I answered we can cancel it ye. Never leeched anything, I dont have any reason to do so.
