Cannot access site on main computer (only rdp or vpn can visit)

I have been trying to access the site on my pc, and can only visit the site on a vpn which is not a big deal but it's annoying to have to connect to a vpn just to visit the site.

What should I do? This shows up when trying.

Don't think so. My IP is residential and VPNs aren't blocked it seems so I'm not sure.
