CAnt get anything to start up

hi recently upgraded cuz of all the goodies here lool but since upgrading i cant get a single thing to open up ill try running and nothing happens and if i run as admin same thing nothing

Hello, try updating windows. Another option is to try using it on rdp.

this is the 4th windows im trying to get it to work on tried windows server 22 windows server 19 windows 10 64 and windows 32 i dont even get the security box to show up for me
