"Instant" refund from these guys failed after over a week later. Item is no longer in the return period at this point. Poor communication and their proposed 5% discount won't fix that.

They are the best in this world, refunded my order within 1 day which I thought is not possible at all with such big items , trust them they make wonders

I ordered from him recently and must say that he’s the best I have worked with so far. There was a little trouble and took longer than expected with the items I ordered, but he handled it smoothly and within the timeframe. He either replied really fast, or let me know that he was not available with a bot. I definitely recommend him and will comeback for more.

Been over a month (almost two months) for two of my orders that I was told would take 1-2 weeks. I was told I'd get a discount for the long wait. Have bumped a few times, now a over month later and was told it would take another 1-2 weeks and the other was ready for refund. Still waiting for both orders to complete and now was passed to the other partner with both of them having automated messages that they are away/inactive
Edit: They reached back out and were able to get it refunded a couple months later

These guys suck. Poor communication. It would be understandable if they at least answer within 24 hours which they don't. It is like pulling teeth working with these guys especially for folks claiming to be experienced and professional.
