 After he blocked me, I tried to contact him through another account in hopes of reaching an agreement and avoiding this scam report.
He advertised a service as “PERMANENT,” “0 RISK,” and “FOREVER,” yet when it failed, he demanded an additional $800 to “fix” it.

That is completely unreasonable and misleading.
This is not what was promised, and no legitimate service should shift the risk to the buyer.

For instagram:
I gave him the screenrecord which shows the target is permanently banned (in mmgc). And he already gave that ban to 3-4 more banners previously which shows that target is spammed still i had taken his ban because he was forcing me and ik i can do it. Temporary bans came back in 3-4 days but this target got banned and came back in 17 days and he also said once that he banned this slut and this account came back in 7 days. For whatsapp ban i already told him i am not sure it will get banned or not i will not refund the expenses and i havent refunded him $22 from whatsapp ban. He wants me to refund him the money of insta ban as well. He paid low amount still provided him my best and nigga opening scam report on me here wow. I never guranteed him for reban or anything i said perm means perm.

The proof you sent of the ban is not sufficient. She has never been spammed or targeted before, and she has deactivated her account on her own several times in the past. This time, the same thing happened. I cannot confirm whether you actually banned her, because she is still active, and everything you are saying doesn’t make sense—she was never permanently banned. This is not about a "reban." It’s about the fact that you advertised a zero-risk permanent service and then later asked for $800 to fix your mistake. Then you fail again and what? I'll pay 1600$ to fix your third mistake?? She was never permabanned at all, I know her in real life, and she has no connection to Telegram or any "unbanner," so please don’t try to claim otherwise. A permaban doesn't work like this. Don't claim to have done something when you didn't and then run away when you are expected to actually do your job. I am sorry to say it but that's Ridiculous.

This nigga wasnt releasing the funds in mmgc as well. He saw the ban and ignored me in mmgc then nine himself refunded the funds after checking the proofs and checking the account is still banned. + Why are you lying? I didn't give bans to anyone before you. I didn't even agreed on releasing the funds. The mm just waited 1 day and since she deactivated the account he automatically released but I knew that it was not perma banned and that's why after 1 week I check and she is not perma banned or even banned at all. You were hoping I wouldn’t notice. You stayed silent for that week, knowing she wasn’t permanently banned and that’s what upsets me most, on top of losing $300 to a scammer. You didn't finish your job.

First of all she was never PERMANENT banned, ( I know her real life ) so he needs to stop lying. He wants to keeps my money. He is a lier. Again, I don’t want others to go through the same. So, please admins take action and ban this user or help me get my money 300$ back. He doesn't want to be honest. I sent all proofs of the failed work. No one deserve to lose 300$.

The target was never banned or perma banned or temporary banned, he was hoping for me to not realize.
