either only paid or earned ones, but not everyone
literally my grandma can create an account and leave me a vouch, shit is not really fair and you can not really tell if that is an actual customer or just a fake vouch
have some decency here

also petition to remove the ones from new accounts registered less than days before vouching
these people won't contribute with anything on the long term, they will create the account just to leave the vouch in order to receive a discount or something else

What if a user is satisfied of the service and also wants to stay anonymous and he makes an alt account to order something so he won't  be traced back to his main account? He couldn't leave a vouch even if he wanted to.

personally i think everyone should be able to give vouches, because the majority of users here of course does not have a rank. but i think to make a vouch your account should be at least 1 month old, and to make a negative one maybe they should need to attach some proof if they don't have a rank. Something like that

Everyone should be able to make vouches, but there needs to be a high threshold on the minimum registered time so scammers do not cheat on the system
