Additional Information:
First, I want to say that last time It took him over 9 days just to replace my product (which I bumped the message so many times and he was ignoring me), now I was kicked again. He was promoting 0% kick-rate on his Telegram Channel before editing his message (https://i.postimg.cc/X7S5qH21/Screenshot-44.png). Initially (on the sale) he deleted the main convos but I'm fine since I have my transaction ID. 

Now I'm in the same current situation where I am ignored, I lose days out of my 1 year YouTube Premium (which is currently on a tv at gym and I need It to be there always) and It's so unpleasing getting kicked so many times.

His last post on his channel was in 23 April (this year) indicating that he wasn't active, this might be a problem since I bought one year of YouTube premium (activation link) and I don't know when he might not replace that, that's why I am opting out for getting a refund.
