HMC 2.2.4 Doesn't Scan

i decided to download hmc on my new device as i had to reset doing so, i imput my (working) proxys and my combo file and as i click start ity just does nothing and says it checked 1 text line please help :(

not use proxy

its same for me, and i dont use proxy, i think the 2.2.4 version is patch
