Looking for best method for Getting Votes on Website poll

Trying to help a friend of mine get his daughter Votes for Athlete of the week for her High school.  Is there a good way to get these clicks.. like an auto clicker..ect
Right now, I vote, refresh page.... vote again.. rinse and repeat  haha
