looking for hotmail email generator tool

can someone point me in the direction of where I could buy/find a tool which can generate @hotmail.com emails
ideally with source, but if not atleast it would be nice if I can input the names of the emails

if relying on captcha service it's fine
if relying on resi proxies it's fine
