Need help finding my friend's murderer

Hi, for context someone i know died from a laced pill. I obviously don't condone doing drugs and told him to stop multiple times.
The only thing i have about his plug is his new instagram page and some pictures of his face from it. I tried to reverse image search his face on PimEyes but no results.

I would try to get him to ''sell'' drugs to me. Then obviously you need a meetup with the dealer. Ask around in the area maybe to find out about dealers active and you have a smaller search space to find him.


Edit: Catfish the guy might work as well. Make a girl instagram and text him some corny shit.
