Patched.to Giveaway System Added

• When creating a thread in the giveaway forum, you are now required to specify the giveaway details.
  
• You will be able to select which member groups are eligible to participate and set the number of winners (up to a maximum of 25).
  
• Once the giveaway ends on the date you have set, you will receive a notification.
  
• The winners will be automatically tagged in the thread by a bot account and will also be notified via private message.
