Put all your text files in folder input, the tool will take care of it 1 by 1. Option 2 (Remove Duplicates) was causing RAM consumption to increase rapidly when I used multi-million line combos. Therefore, I opted for an alternative, slower but more resource-efficient method (Option 1).
