Additional Information:
I am opening this dispute against PureDrop (@PureAdmin_CEO) for $999 paid towards their reseller program, which was sold through misleading advertising and false pre-sale confirmations.
Background
On July 8th, before making any payment, I reached out to the seller with one specific question: whether they offer UK ZOPA accounts with custom names, as I had customers waiting for exactly this product. I made it clear that this was the only reason I was considering joining the program. The seller confirmed without hesitation — "Yes we do" and "Yes possible" — and immediately sent me the link to purchase the reseller plan. Based on this direct confirmation I went ahead and paid $999.
What happened after paying
On July 14th I came back ready to place my first order. When I asked for the ZOPA custom name pricing, the seller first said they were "not in stock," then went to check with their supplier and came back with a reseller price of $700. The same product is openly available on the market from established sellers for around $400. The reseller "discount" they offer is calculated off their own inflated base prices, not off real market rates — meaning even with the discount, their price is still 75% above what competitors charge. It is simply impossible to resell at a profit under these conditions.
When I challenged the seller on this, they casually admitted that the pre-sale confirmation was just a "common reply" — their words, not mine. In other words, the answer that convinced me to spend $999 was a scripted sales response with no real backing behind it.
False Advertising
The reseller program was advertised with the following promises:
"Unbelievable Price & Constant Supplies"
"Exclusive Products Just For Resellers"
"Exclusive help on Deal Dispute"
"If I can make 25-30K/Month, do you honestly believe you can't even make $5K/Month?"
"Pay, Get Invited, Get Access to Premium Prices, Sell. Make Money."
Not a single one of these holds up. The prices are above market. There are no exclusive products — everything they sell is available elsewhere for less. The support during my dispute consisted of a bot auto-reply followed by hours of silence, and when the admin finally responded, he told me "all sales are non refundable" and asked why I was "acting crazy."
Key Point
I never placed a single order through this program. Not one. Because from the moment I saw the real prices after paying, it was clear the program could not work. I did not use anything, I did not benefit in any way, and I was misled into purchasing based on a false confirmation about a specific product I asked about before buying.
What I Am Requesting
A full refund of $999. The product was misrepresented before purchase, the pre-sale promises were false by the seller's own admission, and I have not used the program in any capacity whatsoever.
I found out from the conversations above he is a reseller too. I do not want to be a reseller of a reseller.
A reseller plan should mean direct access to the suppliers, not to a reseller.
I bought it because i have seen Unbelievable Price (https://pastebin.com/KV3B3PLB) on his thread, but the prices are 3x more than market prices or of any other seller and just 30% discounted which means this reseller program would never work to make huge profit as advertised 5k monthly.
Support is also very slow and i waited many hours for a fast reply. Got only AI responses which did not helped and in this time i could ve lost customers. So the priority support included doesnt do anything.
Also he sent me a public telegram server advertising it as private (an exception for me) and exclusive where i can see only porn which is crazy.
I did not used the program in any way. I was not told that this offers 30% discounts in advance of this 3x market price products. The only thing i did with this plan was to see the dashboard with those crazy prices so i should be eligibile for a refund because of false advertising, no way to profit out of this due the huge prices as promised and shouldnt be hard for Puredrop to refund because I had not used it in any way.
+ To understand what type of man he is (he told people he has brain cancer to get sales) (he is well known for his tactics to prove he is right by using his TOS or different methods to fool the admins to think he is always right. This cant be done here because of the false advertising. e.g. I can also sell a product falsely advertised and put a TOS on it saying that no refund can be processed):
