Additional Information: Hello dear admin, this member messaged me yesterday asking questions about service, and I couldn't reply because I wasn't available.

Afterwards, they sent me insulting messages via Telegram and threatened to slander me on the forum.

And now, even though I don't do business with them, they've left a defamatory feedback on my thread - the insulting messages are below.
