Additional Information: I sent him a sample of a very good data he said ok for 150$, we did 50% 50% first he sent me 75$ he got the combo he checked it and he got a lot of hits and he refuse to pay the rest he expected 500k hits on capcut or ufs hope you can ban this dog.

1. You send me a sample with 27 hits x 3k after get ur data i got 42 on 50k lines so that's something that doesn't match the sample you sent me.
2. After extracting the hits from the sample, I was checking if it matched the data you sent me, and when I checked, I saw that it didn't. Basically, the hits from the sample weren't in the data you gave me, so it's safe to say that the sample you sent me wasn't from the same base you gave me when I bought it from you.
3. It makes no sense for you to say that I've cheated you out of 150 when I haven't sent you the remaining 75.

The dispute regarding the transaction between @josefelkaa and @DEX365 has been reviewed. The agreement involved the sale of a "SUHQ Private Combo List" for $150. @DEX365 completed the first half of the payment ($75 LTC) as agreed. Upon technical review of the delivered data, evidence confirms that approximately 90% of the combo is public leak data. Selling public data under the label of "Private HQ" is a clear case of misrepresentation and a violation of the forum's Terms of Service (TOS). Furthermore, the significant drop in quality compared to the sample provided indicates that the terms of the deal were not met.
