Reviewed both sides.

@GrowPanel's $90 is confirmed received on chain and the seller does not dispute it. The log the seller posted lines up with OP's screenshots on a consistent timezone offset, so both parties are showing the same conversation. That record shows a real delivery attempt after payment: a first account handed over, a failed login, a passkey removed, a second account built from scratch and credentials sent. It also shows OP dropping the product mid setup, saying it was too complicated, asking to switch to a different plan, and only then asking for the money back. No scam finding against the seller.

The order still failed. It was sold as instant delivery and after well over an hour there was no working Workspace access. Store credit only settles a dispute when the buyer takes it, and OP did not. @Oneshop refunds the full 90 USDC to the address OP gave in chat, within 24 hours of this post. Drop the tx in this thread once it goes out.
