Additional Information:
First of all, I have already filed complaints on other forums, and the decision reached was that my money should be refunded; however, he tried to be clever by adding the amount to my account on his website as store credit—but everyone knows that isn't a refund. After all, I asked for my money back, not credit. If he hasn't delivered my server in ten days, I certainly have no need for store credit from him.

They are going to come up with so many excuses in the comments on this scam report, but none of them will do any good; my server hasn't been delivered for over a week, and it’s just constant excuses and demands for more money—followed by new threats every time those demands are rejected.

No one cares about the "ToS" on this guy's site, because I’ve been left in the lurch for a week now, and I have absolutely no need for credit from his site! He just needs to pay me my money.

## What happened Payment made → 13.07 arrived, no server → a string of excuses → demanded extra money → insisted on “less RAM / less storage” → when I asked for a refund, claimed “TOS = account credit,” disputed the amount, His own admission in the chat: *“you paid price for 5950x”* but i didnt get 5950x too.

He forced me to create this topic, and at this point, I don't even want the server anymore; I couldn't care less about the money he lost, because I lost a whole week. (And in all likelihood, he's lying about the money he lost, too.)

My complaint isn't about the money not being in my account; it’s about not receiving what was promised in exchange for the fee I paid, followed by repeated requests for more money under various pretexts. If you had any sense, you would know that the very definition of a scam is "failing to deliver what was promised." I have no need to buy your DDR3 systems from your website.

brother just wait. im polishing up a perfect report. You asked for a refund when you disputed the spec. I immediately offered: 'okay will have your refund to your account.' Per our TOS section 4 (which you agreed to), refunds are issued as account credit only. I credited €250 to your account on July 21 at 12:47 AM. You then rejected this because it wasn't in cryptocurrency, which violates our TOS. The money is still on your account — proven in the account screenshot. There is no scam.

im not sure what you mean by scamming you, what DDR3 system are you talking about, you havent recieved your server yet silly? please hold while i make a professional report. im currently exporting chats, images etc. and building. :)

we do not scam, we take respect. do you understand we have very many happy customers? its always the skid that leaves that 1 start/scam report out of 100 reviews that is just looking for more free money like you always have. you cant just change your mind after purchasing something when it was paid for also. we are following our TOS. there was a hardware failure which delayed the delivery.

The buyer paid 260 EUR for a dedicated server on July 13, and after more than a week, the server was still not delivered. Offsite terms of service cannot be used to void a real refund when a seller completely fails to deliver the promised service. Adding store credit to a customer account does not count as a valid refund under forum rules, especially when the buyer never received what they paid for and was subjected to spec changes and delays.

User c00lssh is found at fault. The seller is given 24 hours to issue a full refund of 260 EUR in cryptocurrency directly to gokhancs and post the transaction proof in this thread. Failure to provide a proper crypto refund within 24 hours will result in a permanent ban from the forum.
