So I have to solve an algorithm, however I have no clue how to start out. All the collerations I found was that they all start with 911.

Case 1: 021989 to 99165152

Case 2: 231174 to 99170509

Case 3: 003996 to 99187438

Case 4: 128313 to 99180559

Case 5: 000096 to 99182645

Case 6: 057287 to 99186432

Case 7: 000890 to 99136771

Case 8: 020074 to 99163832

Case 9: 465048 to 99195292

Case 10: 522654 to 99187877

All cases use the same algorithm to convert.

I tried mappings to find colleration between the numbers, it didn't work out, I didn't find enough collerations.

I also tried dividing, multiplying numbers just in case it returns a good number.

I tried bruteforcing it but I gave up as it's nearly impossible.

To get paid; I have an 11th case, I'll provide the first number, and if the result matches with the second number I'll send the 50$ and you give me the formula or correlation. (I need the formula/correlation)
