Additional Information: 
I bought a custom mailaccess combo from Battery combo cloud for 25$ which I never got.
The combo  has 2 owners https://patched.to/User/b4dupp (tg: https://t.me/xae112) and Lucy (tg: https://t.me/AsmaraniCore)  and on their tg channel both of them were tagged to dm to buy custom combos. I DMed first Lucy I sent him the money for the combos but he just stopped responding so I DMed the other owner of the cloud https://patched.to/User/b4dupp and in short he said he wont take responsibilities for his business partner's actions.
I woulld like to get a refund from https://patched.to/User/b4dupp because his business partner scammed me with their combo cloud.

Let me explain the situation in a way that everyone will understand, basically me and Lucy (The main owner of Battery Cloud) had a pretty close relationship, but since two or three months we basically stopped talking to each other. Now, since we stopped talking i left the cracking industry because i was tired of it. In the meantime i don’t know what Lucy has been doing but as i can see he has been scamming people, the he one that made the scam report. When @Bugfoo texted me after his incident with Lucy i tried to talk to Lucy about it with him but all he told me was "I don’t like his threats" and what i answered to is answer was "Yeah ik but he still paid man.." now that you have the context from my view, i will tell you what happened between me and @Bugfoo . After that he texted me i tried explaining to him that i wasn’t aware of the scam and the transaction made, since i am not longer active and in this industry. I told him that if he didn’t succeeded in getting a refund that he should make a scam report and ask a refund from Lucy. All he did was telling that it was my fault and that me, i owe him a refund... SERIOUSLY?? I didn't scam this guy plus i tried helping him with his problem and now it is supposed to be me the scammer?? I don't think so. If you look at the facts i tried to do everything in my power to help him recover his loss but i don't think it's my responsibility to assume someone else scam. I am someone trusted and i help people, i am not a scammer and i never will.

if you are the partner of a business, you owe the responsibility. Lets say i open a business and sell some goods with my other partner and when the partner exit scams if you had advertised the service over anywhere you are responsible for it as well.The same case was with @k3mo he was running a business and his worker who was working with him since the starting of the business scammed a guy and he was held responsible for it

If you no longer own a combo cloud you should not promote it in sale threads like it yours then.
You should have deleted the sales thread and you should have told me in dms from the begining that you no longer own battery cloud but in the beginning you said you will make my combos.

When I texted you that the only reason why I bought from the cloud is because of you @b4dupp you didnt decline that you are one of the owners. First time when you declined that you are the owner is April 11 one day after the below messages

@Compund How is it fair if you haven't done anything wrong? How am i becoming the bad person to assume the consequences. I didn't even know there was a deal, i never knew if the business was generating money, i was not aware of anything. I didn't make a single dollar out of that business because i wasn't owning it. The only thing that i did was advertising some months ago and i used to deal with customers inquiries. It's been maybe like 2 months since i didn't touch this business because I'm out of the game. So if you guys want to make me look like I'm the bad guy or the scammer, do what you want you want to do. The only thing i have to say is : If i am banned because of that stupid situation, it shouldn't have happened, and people shouldn't be able to make a scam report on someone that is not even implicated in the situation. OPEN YOUR EYES AND USE YOUR LOGIC!!

Also if it was my faults, why didn't you contact me first to purchase @Bugfoo?? Because if i resume what you said : You said that the only reason that you were buying from the cloud is because i am trusted on some forums, but you still decided to contact Lucy. Nothing would have happened if you had texted me first, it's what you should have done if the only reason you were buying is because i am Trusted. I am trusted for a reason and it would be really stupid to lose people trust because of a situation that i can't even control. I would have understand the report if i was aware of the deal and if i had done something wrong, but in this situation im just used by @Bugfoo to what? Get a refund?? First of all there were 2 names tagged on tg and on your sales thread to dm for purchases. @xae112 and @AsmaraniCore where the hell should I know which tg account  is owned by @b4dupp? 

If you dont own a combo cloud then why do you advertise it as it is yours? Its your fault that you advertised it as its yours and thats why I trusted business and due to that I got scammed.

If you dont have  money to refund me then tell the other owner to refund me because you will get banned because of this.

That Lucy guy scammed 2500$ from someone I've seen it on other forum so he can refund me easily.
