Additional Information: We had purchased a Crypto.com account from Dubai last Feburary. The transaction went as normal, but it took my partner a couple weeks to check it as he was out of the country. This didn't concern us, as Dubai assured us that there was one month warranty incase our account got nuked.
Once we attempted to log into the account, we realized it was 2FA locked from the start, & we never would've been able to access it. I approached Dubai regarding this issue, & he assured us that a replacement would be issued. Approximately 6 days after this, we had yet to be given any replacement. Upon confrontation, Dubai crashed out & then said he would handle it. Fast forward to today, & neither a replacement nor refund has been issued. He claims we violated his TOS & didn't access the account/change credentials within 2 hours, despite the fact the account was never even accessible to begin with. He is now going back on his assured "warranty" and saying that since we didn't read his TOS, we are to be given nothing.
