Additional Information: Paid for a Netflix upgrade profile. The service barely worked for a month and a half and the seller doesnt respond to messages or gives me the runaround. Advertised as "0 downfall" with "full warranty". Seller continues to advertise this service on all platforms and wont fix my issue.
