Proof of payment (IMPORTANT, PLEASE POST): 

Additional Information: Requested to do a stubhub baseball ticket order, attempted to purchase, failed, attempted several times, requested refund two days ago and has not responded, meanwhile he is online on patched, online on telegram, spamming his usual ad where he lists his services to all his contacts, while delibertately ignoring me and refusing to refund. 

I requested for him to refund $200 in ETH to 0x65d6bfc8EE31880E1713F16e724F96F6Ea514A4B

He was sent $98 in ETH on June 16 https://etherscan.io/tx/0x354158018abe3e...490ae5ec14
And $100 in BTC on June 17 https://mempool.space/tx/ea06b6085bfe38a...4e5d6d2dc9
Refund was requested on June 18th after he said it failed and said ticketmaster is not working (stubhub previously failed)
