Additional Information: I bought 3 Fawry and 3 Telda accounts from this seller. Everything was fine for about a month, but later I was kicked out of one of the Telda accounts right after topping up the balance, and then out of the second account as well. I immediately contacted the seller for help, but they ignored me at first, and then replied that they couldn’t get me back into my old accounts but would provide replacements. I asked for a refund for the Fawry accounts and replacements for the Telda accounts - and was ignored again. At the time of purchase, the seller said they could always provide me with an OTP code if I were ever logged out of account (https://imgur.com/a/A1EYFHM)
